Curated by Ingrid Johnson and Jessica Phillips, this publication coincides with the exhibition of Jarracharra Dry Season Wind held in Paris, France.

This publication celebrates more than 25 artists supported by the Babbarra Women’s Centre located in Maningrida.

The catalogue is the first of its kind to tell the story of the Bábbarra Women’s Centre, its artists and the 32 designs featuring in the Jarracharra exhibition.

The context and significance of the artworks are explained in this publication by the artists themselves, often in their own Indigenous languages with English translation.

The publication features an essay by Bábbarra Women’s Centre Manager Ingrid Johanson, as well as a curatorial preface by both Jessica Phillips and Ingrid.

The publication also features a double page map of the Arnhem Land region.
